Designed and built internal support tooling used to proactively monitor and manage order issues in real time: collaborative UI (over websockets), batch job processing (deliveries), issue detection. Was a core developer of a scalable in-house chat platform which has replaced costly third-party solution. Features I worked on include: a context-rich interface, portable chat SDK, scalable conversation assignment, prioritization, tenant agnostic authentication, and multi-channel support (chat + email).
