Built internal tools for proactive support operations (live order issue detection, refunds, reviews) end-to-end as a fullstack engineer. On the backend, designed APIs and batch job handlers and integrated with internal and external systems using an event-based approach. On the frontend, built a real-time collaborative UI with WebSockets. Mentored an intern who was later hired full-time, and conducted technical interviews for both frontend and backend roles.
